General Terms and Conditions of Alma Germany GmbH for orders through the OZONE GOLD online shop.
§1 Scope and consumers
These terms apply to deliveries between Alma Germany GmbH and consumers in the version valid when the order is placed. A consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction mainly outside their trade, business or profession.
§2 Contract formation
Product displays are not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing checkout and placing the order, the customer submits a binding offer. Receipt is confirmed automatically by email. The contract is accepted in text form or by dispatching the ordered goods.
The contracting party is Alma Germany GmbH, Segeberger Chaussee 129a, 22851 Norderstedt, Germany; registered office Norderstedt, Amtsgericht Kiel, HRB 20170 KI.
§3 Prices, shipping and payment
Displayed prices include statutory VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown in the cart and checkout. The payment methods available for an order are displayed during checkout and payment is due as specified for the selected method.
§4 Delivery
Unless a product states otherwise, available goods are normally delivered within five working days. For advance payment, the period begins after the payment instruction; for other methods, after the contract is concluded. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.
§5 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Alma Germany GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins when the consumer, or a nominated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods.

After a valid withdrawal, payments received, including standard delivery costs, are reimbursed within fourteen days. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been supplied. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
